What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers SkyHawke Technologies' (hereafter known
as "Company") treatment of personally identifiable information
when you are on the SkyPro GPS website.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the Company
does not own or control, or to people that the Company does not employ
or manage. In addition, this policy does not apply to www.skygolfgps.com,
which has its own privacy policy.
Information Collection and Use
SkyPro GPS automatically receives and records information on our server
logs from your browser including your IP address and the webpage(s)
you requested. This information is used to analyze our web traffic statistics
and monitor our web server performance. It also may be used to make
improvements to our website for future users. Beyond this, no other
personally identifiable information is collected from you.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
The Company will not sell or rent any personally identifiable information
to anyone. The only time SkyPro GPS may release server log information
is if we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary
to (i) comply with any mandates from governmental authorities, (ii)
comply with any laws, (iii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our
user agreements, or (iv) protect the rights, property, or safety of
the Company, our users, or others.
Cookies
SkyPro GPS does not utilize cookie technology at this time. Any use
of this technology in the future will be used only to monitor system
performance and to customize the protected member area of our website.
Member's Area
The Company may issue a User ID and Password to SkyGolf GPS Independent
Sales Representatives, Enablers, SkyShops, and SkyPros to access the
protected areas of SkyPro GPS. Issuing a User ID and Password is solely
at the discretion of the Company.
The Member's Area contains resources that may be used to promote our
SkyGolf GPS product or to professionally enable golf courses.
Members of this area will not have access to the protected areas of
SkyPro GPS if they terminate their relationship with the Company.
Security
Security is a top priority for the Company, and is carefully implemented
on SkyPro GPS. Access to protected areas of this website are implemented
using industry standards.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Company may amend this policy from time to time, with or without
notification.
